Plus, shipping was lightning fast … I received the dress in under a week, and it was sent out just a couple of days after I placed my order. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again. They even posted my photos on their Instagram story and wished me a happy birthday: how awesome is that?!?

I ordered a dress for a bachelorette party and even paid for express shipping to make sure it got here on time. It did arrive when it was supposed to, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit like I thought it would. No worries, I had a backup plan! Then I found out they only offer store credit for returns. While that’s not the worst thing ever, I figured I could find something else to buy. But the real kicker that’s got me saying I won’t shop here again is that YOU have to pay for shipping and create the label yourself, just to get store credit for something you purchased! They end up losing hardly anything while you end up spending more than what you originally paid for one item. Totally absurd.

She was super friendly. I was a bit unsure about which size to choose, so she even offered to let me send her a photo to help figure out the right fit. Just last week, I placed an order for a dress to wear for my birthday bash, which is happening today. In the confirmation email I received, it mentioned that the pick-up spot was shut on weekends. Since I was going on Saturday, which was the only day I could grab it, I started to freak out a bit. Thankfully, Noelle, one of the managers, saw my worries in the chat and kindly offered to bring my dress to me. I’ll definitely be sharing some pics! You can imagine my shock and disappointment when I checked out the quality and designs. I'm completely appalled! The material of the red dress is as cheap as it gets. The floral dresses? Not flattering at all in real life... and that black and white polka-dot skirt set? Way too short... I didn’t even bother opening the other package because I was just done! Totally over it... I won’t be shopping here again. Now I feel stuck because they don’t offer refunds. Their website is super misleading. I'm really unhappy. This company seems set on taking your cash without delivering decent products. I CAN'T STAND DISHONESTY!
